job opportunities.
On March 10, 2003, the effective date of the FCC's new EEO rules, STARCOM LLC,
KASM and KDDG are continuing these new efforts.
We update and expand our mailing list of organizations wishing to receive notices
of job openings. In addition, we are continuing our efforts to recruit widely for job openings at our stations by posting
information about future opportunities with a variety of media and other organizations that have requested to be on their
expanded mailing list.
STARCOM LLC, KASM and KDDG intends to engage in a variety of long term recruitment
intiatives to better educate the public about careers in broadcasting and better prepare interested students and others to
enter or advance in such a career.
STARCOM LLC, KASM and KDDG will continue to progress in these efforts.
